PSI Mine3D
PSI’s team of engineers, technicians, and operators work with mining companies to identify specific challenges and conditions unique to their sites and to develop cost-effective, sustainable solutions. We provide a full suite of engineering services, including geotechnical analysis, materials characterization, and design of effective solutions to manage tailings, water inflow and ground control.
Offering project management services, we work with our labs and construction teams to ensure the effective delivery of our projects. We provide quality assurance testing and ongoing maintenance support.
PSI Mining specializes in materials testing and full site services. PSI systems can help minimize inflows and environmental impact while optimizing mining and ground control operations.

PSI Rail3D
PSIRail3D™ is a 3D finite element model used to predict performance and assessment of railway infrastructure. PSIRail3D™ incorporates a variety of material models for both soils and aggregates, including viscoelasticity, plasticity and nonlinear and linear elasticity. Deflections, stresses and strains responses on the structure are outputs of the model, allowing users to minimize stress concentrations and limit deflections above certain criteria.

PSI Air3D
PSIAirfield3D™ is a 3D finite element model used to predict performance and assessment of airport runways. Based on fundamental science, the tool incorporates a variety of material models, from viscoelasticity and plasticity to nonlinear and linear elasticity. Users can load any axle configuration and tire pressures found in aircrafts and obtain deflections, stresses and strains responses.
PSIAirfield3D™ is also used for design and analysis of aircraft taxiways and can be used together with our non-destructive assessment tools to analyze current field state conditions of airport pavements. Our Heavy Weight Deflectometer (HWD) and our road assessment van with GPR and Lidar capabilities are state-of-the-art.
PSI Technologies Inc.
Since 1998, PSI has been exploring new ways – better ways – to address the needs of the mining and road paving industries. We bring the fundamental principles behind advanced engineering and materials science to down-to-earth industrial applications, identifying innovative, sustainable solutions to the challenges of road infrastructure, water inflow and mine tailings management.
Identifying challenges and designing solutions are only the beginning of PSI’s process. We work with our clients from idea to project implementation to enhance the long-term performance and cost effectiveness of our engineered solutions.
With an integrated approach to engineering and construction, PSI brings turnkey solutions and a cohesive team that understands our client processes and communicates effectively, ensuring that the solutions identified are the solutions delivered.
