PSIGEosynthetics3D™
Geosynthetics Infrastructure and Layer Separation Modeling.
Geosynthetics serve several purposes on a pavement system. They can be used as a layer separation to prevent fines migration into the base, a layer reinforcement or a moisture barrier. Geosynthetics can be woven or non-woven and are often anisotropic, which can be used to dissipate of stresses induced around pavement layer interfaces.
PSIGeosynthetics3D™ is a 3D finite element module of PSIPave3D™ to predict performance and assessment of geosynthetics layers. This module can also be used in combination with our non-destructive assessment tools including our Heavy Weight Deflectometer (HWD) and road asset management van equiped with GPR and Lidar.
