Water Monitoring and Testing

With a corporate commitment to environmental sustainability, PSI offers water quality monitoring and testing services. These services include water sampling, along with data analysis, data interpretation and water quality evaluations. PSI pairs water monitoring with geochemical and hydrogeological characterization, positioning PSI to predict the nature and function of contaminant transport within hydrological systems and identify opportunities to improve waste management and water quality.

Modelling

PSI applies geochemical and geomicrobiological modeling to analyze the chemical reactions that affect geological systems. These geochemical and geomicrobiological reactions influence water quality and secondary mineralization within mine waste facilities and mine environments. The primary goal of these models is to predict trace element mobility and trace element sequestration within mining areas and identify opportunities for optmized waste management and improved water quality.
